This term we have been learning all about Space!

We have explored the planets in our solar system and learnt some songs to remember the order of them planets.

We had a visit from Wonderdome to explore some of the planets in more detail, we even discovered that there is a moon next to Jupiter which could be habitable!

In writing we have written facts about Space as well as describing aliens, using the books we have read. We have explored rhyming strings and looked at the differences between fiction and non-fiction texts.

In maths we have been delving deeper into numbers to 5, learning our number bonds and how to use our 'fast eyes' to subitise. We have also explored 2D shapes and patterns.

In RWV we have explore 'Incarnation' and learnt about the nativity story in the lead up to Christmas.

We have thoroughly enjoyed this topic and look forward to what is coming next!
