Welcome to St John's Church of England Infant School.

I am very proud to be the leader of this school family, assisted by a highly skilled and dedicated team of senior leaders, teachers and support staff who, along with the school’s governing body, are fully committed to enhancing our children's life chances and building for their future.

At St John's we have high expectations of one another and of the children themselves. We strive for all of our pupils to flourish and grow and leave school as confident, polite and independent young people, with the skills, values and learning needed to succeed on the next stage of their schooling journey.

We aspire to instil in all our pupils a desire to face up to life’s challenges, and to demonstrate  our 4 school values of faith. love , kindness and respect  at all times especially when times get tough!

Our school is dedicated to providing the best possible education for every pupil in a stimulating, safe and nurturing Christian environment. We design our curriculum creatively to motivate and engage our children. We offer experiences for our pupils to succeed within their daily lives and to enable every child to enjoy achievement regardless of ability or background.

We are committed to all aspects of education and development, encourage families to work in partnership with us and work with a range of external agencies in order to ensure that every child is able to do their very best.

We are very proud of the children who attend St John's School and of all of their wonderful work.
