Wrap around care, after school provision at St Michael's from June 2022

We are very fortunate to have been offered the opportunity for our pupils to join in with the after school club with our local school, St Michael's.

Wrap Around Care – Sign up details - (Cheqdin app)
St Michaels will be running a 'Wrap Around Care' facility from Tuesday the 7th of June, which will be term time only for the foreseeable future. We will be using an app named Cheqdin, which will allow you to
book your child in, pay for the wraparound care, via bank transfer or child care vouchers.

Please note that fees may change for September 2022 as we will use Term 6 to judge and monitor the cost per child per the cost of staffing and providing snacks etc.
We as a school understand that times are financially challenging at the moment with the cost of living increasing; hence, we have decided to decrease the price of this service to try to make life that little bit easier however, as mentioned previously, this may have to change. As such, the costs will be as follows:
The club will run from 3.30 pm until 6.00 pm daily.
- 3.30 pm until 4.30 pm: £6.00, which includes one snack
- If your child attends an after-school activity and attends the Wraparound club afterwards (4.30 pm to 6.00 pm), there will be a charge of £6.00, including one snack.
- 3.30 pm until 6.00 pm: £8.50, which includes two snacks.
- If your child is not collected by 3.40pm daily, then he / she will be taken to the Wraparound Care club and you will be charged an initial £6.00.
Late fees will be applied for any child collected after 6.00 pm, and consistent lateness (3+) will result in refusal of a place being given for 'Wrap Around Care'.
