Reading update

Dear Parents and Carers   

Further to recent updates regarding Covid 19, we are writing to update you about some changes happening in school.  We must keep the physical interactions between school and home to a minimum and one way in which we will be doing this is by children not bringing a book bag or anything other than their water bottle into school.

 Instead of bringing a reading book home on a daily basis, children will be bringing two books home on a Monday and keeping them until Friday.  When you drop your child at school on a Friday, please place their reading and homework books in their class box at the school gate.  These will then be quarantined for three days.  Every Monday, your child will be given two new reading books to take home to read. Please do supplement their reading with your own books at home too.
